Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If an order is cancelled during this period, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Processing Time: 2–7 business days.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Be in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to obtain the correct return address.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 3–15 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
